This luxurious two-bedroom/two-bath condo is located in Marco Island's magnificent South Seas Beach Club, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The South Seas is a 55-acre, gated community with 24-hour security. This centrally air-conditioned and heated condo sleeps six to eight persons comfortably. It's beautifully decorated and ceramic-tiled throughout.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, a private bath, more than ample closet space, and direct access to a lanai (balcony). The second bedroom has two twin beds and cable TV.
The dining area features a beautiful table and chairs, and seats eight persons comfortably.
The kitchen is equipped with all-new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Other amenities include pots, pans, a complete service for eight, dishes, glasses, flatware, and serving pieces. There are also dishes and glasses for serving on the lanai.
The condo is well suppled with towels and linens.
At our South Seas condo, you'll have all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise. Enjoy 3.5 miles of white sandy beaches. Enjoy swimming pools, spas, tennis courts, boat docks, a fitness room, and walking paths. The building is elevated, and offers wheelchair accessibility to the beach and pool area. There are laundry facilities on each floor. And there are parking spaces right outside the building.
Marco Island and nearby Naples have something for everyone! Every water sport and activity is available including swimming, jet-skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, wind-surfing, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching, boating, and shelling. Bicycling, horseback riding and hiking are also available.
There are 28 public golf courses. And, exclusively for our renters, we offer golfing privileges at a private, award-winning Arnold Palmer championship course -- guests must inquire for availability.
There are many restaurants in the area from family style to gourmet and there is plentiful shopping with outlets, boutiques, and both quaint and upscale shops.
Additionally, you can enjoy a boat ride to the Everglades National Park, and excursions to Key West, Naples, and the Naples Zoo. There are also museums, art galleries, and wildlife exhibits nearby.
